What mode(s) within Amateur Radio do you enjoy operating?

Fldigi and other digital modes for em comm.

Describe your involvement with GSARA.

I joined Gsara in 2006. Served as president from 2008 to 2016 or so. I have given two talks: a talk on the history of the Marconi Chatham maritime station, and a talk on radio trading called "Confessions of a hoss trader."

What is one piece of advice you would give a new Ham?

Ask questions. Listen. Then ask more questions. Then listen more.

Is there anything else you would like to share?
