Paying by Cash or Check?

Follow the instructions below to complete your 2027 GSARA membership renewal by cash or check. Please include your completed renewal form with your payment.

Complete Your Renewal

There are two ways to submit a cash or check renewal: mail your payment and renewal form, or coordinate an in-person payment directly with the GSARA Treasurer.

Complete the 2027 Renewal Form

A completed membership renewal form must accompany your cash or check payment so we can correctly identify and process your membership.

Prefer to Pay in Person?

Cash or check payments may also be delivered in person, but all in-person membership payments must be coordinated directly with the GSARA Treasurer.

Only the Treasurer may accept membership renewals.

Please coordinate directly with Treasurer Ryan, W1SNH, to arrange delivery of your payment. No other Executive Board member is authorized to accept membership renewal payments.

Important Payment Information

Your Renewal Is Not Active Until Payment Is Confirmed

Cash and check renewals must be received and confirmed by the GSARA Treasurer before your membership status will be marked active for 2027.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-payment fee. If a check is returned, the $35 fee and the original membership dues must both be paid before the membership can be activated for 2027.

Please Keep Donations Separate

Do not include an additional donation with your membership renewal payment. Membership dues and donations are now processed separately.
