Follow the instructions below to complete your 2027 GSARA membership renewal by cash or check. All cash and check renewals must include a completed renewal form.

Follow these steps to make sure your membership renewal and payment are processed correctly.

Every cash or check renewal must include a completed 2027 GSARA Membership Renewal Form.

You can fill out the PDF electronically before printing it, or print a blank copy and complete it by hand.

Prepare Your Payment

All checks must be made payable exactly as shown below.

Memo Field: Enter the call sign of the member whose membership is being renewed.

Mail Your Form and Payment

Place your completed renewal form and cash or check payment together and mail them to:

Prefer to Pay in Person?

Cash or check membership renewals may also be delivered in person, but payment must be coordinated directly with the GSARA Treasurer.

Only the Treasurer may accept membership renewal payments.

Please coordinate directly with Treasurer Ryan, W1SNH, to arrange delivery of your renewal form and payment. No other Executive Board member is authorized to accept membership renewals.

Important Payment Information

Your Renewal Is Not Active Until Payment Is Confirmed

Cash and check renewals must be received and confirmed by the GSARA Treasurer before your membership status will be marked active for 2027.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-payment fee. If a check is returned, the $35 returned-payment fee and the original membership dues must both be paid before your membership can be activated for 2027.

Do not include an additional donation with your membership renewal payment.

Once your renewal form and payment have been received and confirmed by the Treasurer, your membership record will be updated to active for the 2027 membership year.
