WELCOME TO THE HAM RADIO HOBBY

Preparing for your license test can be a nerve-wracking experience. But rest assured that we are committed to making your session as comfortable and positive as possible. Whether you're taking your technician test or upgrading your license, there are a few things you need to have prepared before scheduling your testing session, and it’s our hope we can guide you through the process.

You can always use our contact form if you have any further questions.

LETS GET STARTED

If this is your first time, there are a few things you need to complete before scheduling your first in-person or online testing session.

If you hold a ham license, kindly proceed to our Upgrade License Section. However, if you're new, it's worth noting that you need to
obtain your FCC FRN Number beforehand.

This number is required before registering for any VE Session, as the FCC needs it. The FRN Number is used to assign your callsign and license certificates. Furthermore, it's worth noting that you'll use it for payment once you pass your Technician Class License.

GET LICENSED IN 4 STEPS

Head over to the FCC FRN Database and register an account. You will need your unique FRN number when you register for a testing session, so complete these steps and confirm your account.
